ATG140 is a digital ultrasonic thickenss gauge. The ATG140 design with bright back light which can make the data more clearly in dark plack. And also with the software, customer can connect the machine with computer. Based on the same operatinfg principles as SONAR, the instrument is capable of measuring the thickness of various materials with accuracy as high as 0.01 /0.1mm. It is suitable for a variety of metallice and non-metallic materials.
The model ATG400 is a multi-mode ultrasonic thickness gauge. Based on the same operating principles as SONAR, the instrument is capable of measuring the thickness of various materials with accuracy as high as 0.1/0.01 millimeters. The multi-mode feature of the gauge allows the user to toggle between pulse-echo mode (flaw and pit detection), and echo-echo mode(eliminate paint or coating thickness).
Single-crystal delayed probe is employed by ATG500 precise ultrasonic thickness gauge. The multi-echo is used to enhance the accuracy with the resolution of 0.0001’’ and the low limit of 0.012’’. There are two operating modes of ATG500 ultrasonic thickness gauge: I-E (interface-echo) mode and E-E mode. The measuring range of I-E mode is 0.059’’-0.709’’, while the measuring range of E-E mode is 0.012’’-0.394’’.
The Scan-I A scan ultrasonic thickness gage uses dual element transducers for corrosion applications. It offers many basic features such as Min/Max Mode that measures and recalls the minimum thickness at a fast 20 readings per second, Freeze Mode to instantly capture critical thickness, and Zero Compensation, A-scan display for echo-echo measurement.
If the ordinary thickness gauges are incompetent in the rough applications. Please turn to our AJR Scan-II A/B Scan Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, which will maximize measurement performance for challenging applications and provide you with the cost-effective measurement solutions.
